Upper Playground is paying homage to the mad bomber, MQ, with this newly released pack. As you can see, there are two brand new New Era 59Fifties. Both are have a black all-around construction and have Upper Playground written on the front. “UP Bubble” (Silver accents) features MQ’s handstyle rendition of the UP logo while “LA Style” (Orange accents) consists of a more Los Angeles style graffiti theme to it.

The back of the caps have a Tyvek label with MQ’s own Upper Playground logo rendition. To cop these caps, SURF (UP Bubble / LA Style) the Upper Playground online shop, or SHOP all UP retailers.

Upper Playground is releasing two New Era caps, one designed by Brazilian fine artist Herbert Baglione, and the other by self-proclaimed “sticker-making” maniac Chuey.  The first cap, Bird, features Herbert Baglione’s signature clean lines and rendition of a bird.  The New Era is made from black wool and features metallic silver puffy embroidery.  Chuey’s Angry Cans New Era features white wool with one half of the hat entirely covered with “angry cans.”  The vibrant colors of the embroidery tie in nicely with the crisp turquoise of the brim. The first cap, Heads, features Sam Flores’ signature cast of characters all together in one place.  The New Era is made from black wool and features a vibrantly embroidered graphic across the front and the Twelve Grain logo on the back.  OBLVN’s Air Graff New Era features clean front black panels with an orange embroidered walrus offset to the left and a puffy embroidered UP in the back of the hat.  The charcoal grey side panels are printed with OBLVN’s handstyle and the same print and fabric are featured under the brim.  The new 59FIFTY caps are available at all Upper Playground retail stores and online at the Upper Playground web store.

The first cap, Eagle, features one of Jeremy’s popular graphics using his signature animal/skull motif.  The New Era is made from black corduroy with two charcoal grey felt front panels and features an embroidered Eagle design, faux leather gold appliqué of the superFishal logo, and black faux leather with gold thread under the brim.  Retna’s Logo New Era features a clean black and tan colorway with contrast piping and puffy embroidery.  The new 59FIFTY caps are available at all Upper Playground retail stores and online at the Upper Playground web store.

Upper Playground is releasing two New Era caps designed by Jeremy Fish for his superFishal line. The first cap, I Heart SF, features one of Jeremy’s popular graphics depicting his love for San Francisco.  The design features a heart (Jeremy’s presumably) and gives the term “I left my heart in San Francisco” new life.  I Heart SF is available in the black/orange signature SF colorway and features a black corduroy hat with orange embroidered patch.

The second design, Peaceful, features Jeremy’s signature skull with a dove holding an olive branch rising from it.  Maybe Mr. Fish should become an ambassador for peace in the Middle East.  The cap is heather gray wool and features a white felt applique with black embroidery, and black faux leather under the brim.

Upper Playground is releasing two New Era caps designed by artists Herbert Baglione and Jeremy Fish. Baglione’s art has gained him respect and recognition from his native Brazil to the U.S. and abroad. He is known for his strong minimalist and simplistic approach to painting. Jeremy Fish’s artwork can be found throughout his own line, superFishal, through the multiple books he has been featured in, and in the various collaborations he has done with corporations like Nike and Adidas.

Cat Moonlight, the design by Baglione, gives us a wistful look at a full moon from a black cat’s perspective. Fish’s Bunny Skull design creates a clever wall paper-type pattern covering the entire fitted with bunny skulls.
